Why did I not receive my receipt?

Receipts are sent via SMS from the Gama system. Check your spam folder. If it did not arrive, verify that the correct phone number was registered at the reception.

Can I get my visit summary by email?

No. For privacy and security reasons, medical documents cannot be sent via unsecured channels. You can request a printed copy at the reception desk.

Surgery Reports

Assuta surgery reports: available at online.assuta.co.il
Herzliya Medical Center (HMC) reports: available at hmc.co.il
If you need a printed copy, request one at the clinic reception during your visit

Invoices & Receipts

Tax invoice/receipt is sent automatically by SMS to the phone number on file
Look for an SMS from the Gama system (check your spam folder if not found)
Invoices cannot be modified or edited after they are issued

Visit Summaries

Maccabi members: a brief summary appears in the Maccabi digital system. For the full summary, contact your local Maccabi branch or request a printed copy at the clinic.
Per Maccabi guidelines, visit summaries cannot be sent via unsecured channels (WhatsApp or email).
Other health funds: request a printed copy at the clinic reception.
