The prescription is not showing in my health fund app?

This is normal. Digital prescriptions do not always sync with the health fund's app, but they are still valid at the pharmacy. Present your ID and ask them to search the system.

I am not a Maccabi member - how do I get a prescription?

We can only enter digital prescriptions for Maccabi members. Members of other health funds can ask their primary care physician to enter the prescription based on our treatment summary.

How to access and fill prescriptions issued at the clinic.

Maccabi Members

Digital prescriptions can be filled at any pharmacy including Super-Pharm and Be Pharm
The prescription may not appear in your Maccabi medical file, but it is still valid at the pharmacy
If the pharmacy has trouble processing the prescription, contact us and we will resolve it

Other Health Funds

We cannot enter digital prescriptions for other health funds
If needed, ask your primary care physician to enter the prescription
You can show the physician our treatment summary as reference

Common Prescriptions

Antibiotic ointment: 2 options are listed - get whichever is available, no need for both
Oral antibiotics (when prescribed): take with a full glass of water, avoid lying down for 30 minutes
Pain medication: paracetamol (Acamol) or dipyrone (Optalgin) are available without prescription
