- Policyholders eligible for reduced-rate medical consultation
- Payment at co-pay level only, per policy terms
- Follow booking instructions when scheduling
Retroactive Reimbursement
- Harel, Migdal, Menora and other insurers
- Reimbursement usually available retroactively for medical consultations
- Check with your insurance agent about policy terms and reimbursement amounts
- For claims, bring invoice and consultation summary letter
Not Covered
- HMO supplemental insurance (Clalit Mushlam, Clalit Platinum, Maccabi Sheli etc.)
- Cannot be accepted for private appointments through supplemental insurance
- No reimbursement available from these plans for private appointments
